About Us

We see you.

The hardest part isn’t just the long nights, the endless feeding battles, or the frustration of not being understood. It’s the not knowing. The feeling that something isn’t right, but no one is giving you real answers.

With infants, you’ve been told to try a new bottle or to adjust their latch. With older children, it’s wait and see. But nothing has made feeding easier, made speech clearer, or given you back the sleep you’ve lost.

That’s what compels us to do what we do.

At PNW Tongue Tie, we don’t just provide a procedure—we exist to offer clarity, relief, and the support families deserve. We make sure parents aren’t left guessing. We make sure babies, kids, and adults get real solutions for problems they shouldn’t have to live with.

Because when something so small can make life so much easier, you should know about it—and have access to the solution.

Dr. Shadi Araghi, Pediatric Dentist & Tongue-Tie Specialist

Dr. Shadi Araghi

Pediatric Dentist & Tongue-Tie Specialist

For over 20 years, Dr. Shadi Araghi has dedicated her career to helping children feel comfortable, confident, and cared for in the dental chair. As a pediatric dentist, she has always loved working with kids, but she never imagined how much of an impact a single procedure—a gentle, precise tongue- or lip-tie release—could have on an entire family.

Dr. Araghi started PNW Tongue Tie Center after seeing too many exhausted, desperate moms in tears, struggling to feed their babies while getting nowhere with the advice they were given. She saw toddlers frustrated by their inability to form words and older children still battling speech delays, picky eating, and sleep issues that could have been prevented.

So she decided to do something about it.

Dr. Shadi has spent years training in the latest laser technology for tongue- and lip-tie releases, ensuring that every procedure is quick, gentle, and effective. She works closely with lactation consultants, speech therapists, and myofunctional specialists to provide families with the comprehensive care they need.

Her goal? To make sure parents never have to struggle to find answers. To make sure children never have to struggle with something so treatable. And to make sure every family walks away feeling heard, supported, and relieved.
