One tiny release for a lifetime of relief.
Puget Sound’s tongue-tie specialist clinic, helping babies nurse comfortably, kids speak clearly, and whole families sleep better.
Here’s what you can expect.

Schedule an evaluation.
We start by listening. You’ll meet with Dr. Shadi to go over what you’ve noticed—feeding struggles, speech delays, sleep issues—and we’ll do a thorough oral exam. If a tongue- or lip-tie is the cause, we’ll explain exactly what’s happening and how we can help.

Get relief the same day.
If treatment is needed, we use a precise laser to gently free the tongue or lip—the same day as your evaluation, if you'd like. The procedure is quick, with minimal discomfort, and babies can nurse right away with the help of our on-site lactation consultant. All families receive guidance on exercises to support healing and mobility.

Celebrate mouth freedom—for life.
For many, the difference is immediate—feeding gets easier, speech improves, sleep becomes more restful. For others, progress comes gradually with time and support. Either way, you’re not in this alone. We’ll check in to ensure healing is on track and connect you with any additional resources needed.
Our Specialists
Your core care team at PNW Tongue-Tie is in-house, allowing us to provide seamless support before and after treatment. When additional support is needed, we offer trusted referrals to myofunctional therapists, chiropractors, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.

Dr. Shadi Araghi

She started this clinic after seeing exhausted parents desperate for answers—and realizing how often tongue-ties were overlooked. With advanced laser training and a heart for helping families, she provides gentle, effective releases so babies can eat comfortably, kids can speak clearly, and families can finally rest easy.

Testimonials
This is the best pediatric dentist – we are so lucky to have them operating near us, through my kids growing up. I can’t speak highly enough about how fun they make the dentist and how at ease my kids have always been.
